Barnes TSX-BT Bullets

Barnes TSX-BT (Triple-Shock X Boat Tail) Bullets are premium all-copper hunting projectiles designed for accuracy, controlled expansion, high weight retention, and deep penetration. Their monolithic construction eliminates the possibility of core-and-jacket separation while providing dependable terminal performance.

The TSX design incorporates pressure-relief grooves along the bullet shank. These grooves reduce bearing surface, help manage chamber pressure, and can reduce copper fouling while supporting consistent accuracy.

On impact, the hollow nose cavity is designed to expand into four copper petals while retaining nearly all of the bullet’s original weight. The boat-tail profile on TSX-BT models improves aerodynamic efficiency and stability in flight.
