Howa M1500 Mini Action .223 Rem 20" Black

The Howa M1500 Mini Action in .223 Remington combines a compact receiver with a 20-inch heavy-profile barrel and black synthetic stock. Designed around shorter cartridges, the Mini Action is approximately 12% shorter than Howa’s standard short action, helping reduce overall size and weight.

The .223 Remington configuration features a 1:8" twist rate and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, providing compatibility with appropriate muzzle accessories. Howa’s HACT two-stage trigger offers a crisp, predictable break, while the three-position safety provides straightforward operation.

A detachable polymer magazine and compact bolt throw make the Mini Action a practical platform for hunting, target shooting, and general field use.
