Hornady Precision Hunter 7 STW 162gr ELD-X

The Hornady Precision Hunter 7mm STW 162 gr ELD-X is factory-loaded hunting ammunition built around Hornady’s 162-grain ELD-X® projectile. Hornady introduced this 7mm STW configuration to the Precision Hunter line with the 162 gr ELD-X bullet.

The ELD-X uses a Heat Shield® polymer tip, streamlined secant ogive, optimized boattail, and concentric AMP® jacket. These features are designed to maintain aerodynamic efficiency and provide controlled expansion across practical hunting distances.

Precision Hunter ammunition uses carefully selected, clean-burning propellants loaded for consistent shot-to-shot performance across varying temperatures.
